Shipping Policy

Overview

At Ze&Zow, we strive to deliver your little one’s favorites to your doorstep quickly and safely. Every order is packed with care and dispatched from our Chennai facility.
Please review the shipping details below to understand what to expect after placing your order.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.

  • During high-volume periods such as sales or festive launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Timelines

We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 8–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your pin code and courier service availability.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500.

  • A shipping fee is based on location applies to orders below ₹1500.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

  • You can also track your order anytime by visiting the “Track My Order” section on our website and entering your order ID.


International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. We’re working hard to bring Ze&Zow to families worldwide soon.


Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Please check your tracking link for the latest updates.

  2. Contact our support team at teamzezow@gmail.com with your order number.

Our team will be happy to assist you promptly.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please:

  • Take clear photos of the package.

  • Contact us immediately at teamzezow@gmail.com before opening or using the items.

We will review the issue and coordinate a replacement or refund as applicable.
